HOW MANY THERMIVA TREATMENTS WILL I NEED?

The number of treatments needed varies from patient to patient, somewhere between 1-4 treatments is required depending on your cosmetic goals. Your clinician will personalize a treatment plan based on your consultation and the level of improvement you desire.

 

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A THERMIVA VAGINAL REJUVINATION TREATMENT

 

All treatments begin with a consultation to discuss your desired results, expectations, and aesthetic goals.  During the initial consultation, Heather Schwartzmann PA-C in Boca will take a medical history.

 

 

Lubrication is applied to the small wand-like handpiece. Your practitioner will apply brief pulses of radiofrequency to the skin through the handpiece.

 

During the ThermiVa procedure, you will feel a warm sensation caused by the handpiece akin to a warm stone massage. There is zero pain involved.

 

The procedure will last about twenty to thirty minutes.

 

WILL THE THERMIVA TREATMENT BE UNCOMFORTABLE?

Not at all. ThermiVa treatments feel like a warm stone massage while laser treatments are known to give prickly and pokey sensations during treatment. Further, ThermiVa does not need any type of anesthesia or numbing cremes.
